Oil of Oregano is antiviral and anti fungal. It is anti-inflammatory and relieves pain. It can be used internally or externally. It can bring relief and speed the healing of bruises, torn and sore muscles, sprains, tendons, cramps and carpal tunnel syndrome. Taken internally it can treat colds, flu, shingles, herpes, arthritis, and even warts. I have always felt that if I can catch the onset of a cold and take a few thousand milligrams of Vitamin C over a few hours I can avoid the cold. The oregano is better yet.
